Swing Your Birdie Golf Classic |
The 31st annual “Birdie” was held at Willow Creek Golf Course on Friday, July 31, 2009.
175 golfers enjoyed great weather as they golfed to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House. This year’s Birdie raised nearly $37,000! 2009 Swing Your Birdie major sponsors: Wells Fargo Bank, McNeilus Companies, Coca-Cola, Alvin E. Benike & Dunlap & Seeger, PA. Swing Your Birdie was the first charity golf tournament held in the city of Rochester and is the founding fundraising event for the Ronald McDonald House. The "Cruise" Motorcycle Benefit Ride |
9th Annual the “Cruise” Motorcycle Benefit Ride This was another record setting year for the "Cruise" motorcycle benefit ride. The 9th annual fundraiser was held Sunday, July 26th, 2009. 1,284 riders participated in a beautiful 100-mile ride through southern Minnesota. The "Cruise" raised a record-setting $123,874!
