Staying at Ronald McDonald HouseThe Ronald McDonald House provides temporary housing to families whose children, age 18 or younger, are being treated on either an inpatient or outpatient basis at a Rochester medical facility. One room is provided per family. Guests will be asked to provide a permanent home address and medical appointment confirmation. As the Ronald McDonald House is a community living environment, we ask that all families respect the rules and expectations of the House. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations can not be made in advance. We ask that when you arrive in Rochester, you call the House 507-282-3955 for room availability. If we are full at the time you arrive, we provide reduced rates at area hotels for those families on our waiting list until a room becomes available. CostsThe Ronald McDonald House offers you simple but comfortable housing at reasonable rates. If you are able, we ask that you pay a donation of $10.00 per night. Any donation over this amount is always appreciated, as this helps to cover the cost of those unable to pay. |
