Revenue and Benefits Coordinator

Full-time position; regular business hours

Responsible for generating billing, review of government and commercial contracts, comparison of such contracts against claims to identify underpayments for the assigned RMHMN guest, address billing concerns including denials or delayed payment, and track revenue performance. The position is responsible for providing strong analytical assessments, reporting, and operational support on multiple aspects of revenue cycle operations.

Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field preferred; minimum 2-years experience working with Medicaid and commercial claims

Evening House Manager

Full-time position; Sunday – Thursday, 1:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.

The House Manager works closely with the Family Services Director to ensure that guest families have a safe, comfortable and supportive stay at the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester. The House Manager will help assist with the 24-hour coverage of the House. The House Manager may work with a number of House staff members or work alone as the primary responsible staff member on-site.

High school diploma required

Weekend House Manager

Part-time position; Friday evening – Sunday afternoon, 2nd weekend of every month

The House Manager works closely with the Family Services Director to ensure that Guest Families have a safe, comfortable and supportive stay at the Ronald McDonald House.
