Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to support the children and families staying at the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester, Minnesota!

Excitingly, our Volunteer Program has taken steps to open limited, onsite support, with focus on our Housewarmer volunteer opportunity.  Housewarmers provide daily support for the needs of the House and families, by way of being a warm welcoming for guest families and donors, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment, as well as assisting with organization and restocking of essential products. We will continue opening up additional volunteer opportunities and increasing our Housewarming opportunities as conditions in our community improve.  We are eager and excited to welcome new volunteers to our Ronald McDonald House Family!

*Due to the population of children and families we serve, we require all onsite volunteers to provide proof of full vaccination and wear masks at all times while onsite.

In an overabundance of caution, and with a focus on the health and safety of children and families, staff, and registered volunteers, the House is unable to welcome any service groups, community groups for House Dinners, or visitors onsite.
